Warner Music Group is hiring a Sr. Manager, Digital Accounts, Order to Cash to lead AR for Digital and Royalty streams, manage invoices and cash application, and drive risk assessments. The role partners with SSC, Legal, Finance, and Business teams across the US and Latin America.

You will own contract review for revenue-related terms, develop both onshore and offshore teams, and contribute to cash forecasts with FP&A, while ensuring accurate revenue recognition and SOX controls.

Qualifications

• 10 years of progressive experience in Finance Operations, shared services, revenue recognition, and OTC processes.
• Minimum of five years leading large teams including outsourced support resources.
• Deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA.
• Knowledge of sub-towers: Customer Master Data, Credit Management, Billing, Collections, Dispute Management, and Cash Application.
• Bachelor’s degree required (Finance preferred).
• Strong understanding of internal controls, data governance, and SOX compliance.
• Experience with data analytics and BI tools to construct data matching models.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Digital and Royalty Stream AR team; own invoices, collections, cash application, Revenue Assurance and risk assessments.
• Support cash forecasting, bad debt management, and liaise with stakeholders.
• Set up and track new accounts; maintain relationships with DSPs and licensing/ sync partners.
• Provide input on risk for Digital Accounts and manage the Risk Review schedule.
• Review contracts for terms, advances, payments, reporting, and pricing for various projects.
• Manage Invoice Advance/Guarantees, Formatting, and Prep Fees; ensure timely payment.
• Translate and review contractual language for royalty-related revenue streams.
• Accurately report digital revenues by media type and ensure proper cash application and revenue recognition.
• Lead and develop internal and offshore resources.
• Assist in Cash Forecasts for significant revenue streams with FP&A.
• Prepare accruals for unprocessed or revised sales reporting files.
• Resolve account discrepancies with customers.
• Oversee daily cash reporting and follow-up processes.
• Prepare invoices for pricing, manifest, suspense, and product code issues.
• Improve data handling and spreadsheets like Current List, Digital Income.
• Lead account review, cash forecast, and bad debt meetings with Controllership.
• Facilitate monthly royalty payments and support revenue recognition.
• Oversee SOX controls over the Digital portfolio.
