Job summary

RE Mason Company is seeking a dynamic OT Engineer to join our IT/OT Services Team. This role emphasizes maintaining secure OT networks, implementing cybersecurity for industrial environments, and applying automation expertise on customer sites.

Candidates will travel 25–50% overnight and 75% on-site, work with PLC/SCADA/DCS, ISA 62443 and NIST standards, and support system integration across multiple industries.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, or similar technical degree.
• Experience with OT systems such as control systems, PLC, DCS, Historians, SCADA, etc.
• Knowledge of secure network architectures for critical infrastructure environments.
• Experience with networking and cybersecurity hardware/software packages (switches, firewalls, SIEM, etc.).

Responsibilities

• System Maintenance: perform routine maintenance, updates, and patches on OT systems.
• Technical Support: provide troubleshooting for OT systems including hardware, software, and networks.
• System Integration: assist in integrating new OT systems into existing infrastructure.
• Network Administration: monitor OT networks for stability and security.
• Install and Maintain OT Networking and Cybersecurity Solutions.
• Install and Maintain Industrial Software Solutions for data connectivity to on-premises and cloud.
• Asset Management: track OT assets and licenses.
• ISA 62443 and NIST based assessments and vulnerability analyses.
• Documentation: maintain OT configuration documentation.
