Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Legal authorization to work in the US; we will not sponsor visas.
• Ability to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of cybersecurity contracts and software subscriptions.
• Use data from Gainsight to onboard, adopt, expand and renew accounts.
• Translate customer data into value delivered via services.
• Lead quarterly business reviews with customers.
• Collaborate with Sales, Delivery, and Distributor teams.
• Provide feedback to improve service offerings.
• Develop and execute a services ARR strategy at a corporate level.
