Job summary

Rockwell Automation is seeking a Customer Success Manager, Cybersecurity, to oversee a portfolio of enterprise and site-based accounts and ensure successful adoption of OT cybersecurity offerings and renewal of annuity contracts.

You will coordinate onboarding, adoption, expansion and renewal motions using data from Gainsight, collaborate with Sales and Delivery, and report to the Software Customer Success Leader in a remote role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of relevant work experience.
• Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
• Experience working with customers in a commercial or technical capacity.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity product and service offerings within the OT space.

Responsibilities

• Manage the portfolio of cybersecurity contracts and software subscriptions.
• Use data from the Customer Success Platform to onboard, adopt, expand and renew.
• Translate customer data into value delivered through services and subscriptions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Delivery and Distributor teams for an optimal experience.
• Provide feedback to the portfolio team to improve offerings.
