Job summary

Hollister Incorporated is seeking a Territory Manager to drive ostomy sales across Austin, Waco, Midland, Odessa and El Paso, with a focus on hospital markets and strategic accounts. This WFH role reports to the Region Manager and covers designated metropolitan areas.

Candidates must have at least 3 years of outside medical sales, a Bachelor's degree, and willingness to travel up to 30%. The position offers a comprehensive benefits package and participation in the Hollister Sales Incentive Plan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Outside sales experience in the medical field preferred.
• Willingness to travel 30%+.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales targets in the hospital market.
• Utilize clinical and product knowledge effectively.
• Assess customer needs and develop solutions.
• Maintain relationships with key stakeholders in targeted accounts.
• Implement contracts and penetrate GPO awards.
• Increase penetration in existing accounts and healthcare systems.
• Coordinate opportunities internally and with customers.
• Plan territory and accounts (pre/post call).
• Complete administrative duties accurately and timely.
