Job summary

Hollister Incorporated is seeking a Continence Care Territory Manager for the Seattle area, with field sales responsibilities across Oregon, Washington, Idaho and Alaska. You will drive strategic selling, build strong clinician and account relationships, and lead education and contract management to meet targets.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with 2–5 years of related experience, a Seattle residence, and the ability to travel 30–50% within the territory, including occasional overnight

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 2-5 years of related experience.
• Experience selling products and services to private and public sectors is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales targets for the territory.
• Develop and implement strategic selling initiatives with key partners.
• Maintain relationships with distributors, retailers, hospitals, and healthcare professionals.
• Conduct customer needs assessments and develop tailored solutions.
• Deliver ongoing education and clinical support to customers and healthcare professionals.
• Manage tenders, contracts, and compliance documentation.
• Analyze market and sales data to identify opportunities.
• Prepare and present sales forecasts and business plans.
• Travel 30–50% within the territory.
