ROMTech is seeking an Orthopedic Sales Specialist to drive growth across an assigned U.S. territory. You will engage orthopedic surgeons, physicians, and healthcare providers using data-driven strategies, CRM tools, and consultative selling to expand adoption of ROMTech rehabilitation solutions.

The role requires leveraging digital platforms, delivering compelling proposals, and maintaining a robust pipeline while staying current on reimbursement trends and market dynamics.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in medical device or DME sales.
• Experience selling to orthopedic surgeons, physicians, or healthcare providers is preferred.
• Strong consultative selling, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic territory sales plan to identify, create, manage, and close opportunities.
• Meet or exceed sales activity and performance metrics set by leadership.
• Promote ROMTech orthopedic rehabilitation solutions to surgeons, physicians, and healthcare providers.
• Utilize digital platforms, CRM, analytics, and territory data to target prospects.
• Present proposals, negotiate pricing, and communicate value propositions.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline and accurate forecasting.
• Build trusted relationships with decision-makers and referral sources.
