Job summary

ROMTech seeks an Orthopedic Sales Specialist for VA Accounts to drive growth nationwide. You will develop territory plans, build relationships with VA physicians, surgeons, and procurement teams, and promote ROMTech's orthopedic rehabilitation solutions.

The role requires consultative selling, strong relationship skills, and the ability to navigate federal procurement. Travel to VA facilities and conferences is expected, with base salary and OTE outlined in the posting.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to achieve sales goals in medical device, healthcare technology, or DME sales.
• Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build long-term relationships with physicians, clinicians, and healthcare decision-makers.
• Knowledge of strategic account management and healthcare sales processes.
• Proficient with CRM platforms and analytics tools to manage opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic territory sales plan focused on VA Medical Centers, CBOCs, and VISNs.
• Identify and maintain relationships with VA physicians, orthopedic surgeons, rehabilitation professionals, and procurement stakeholders.
• Navigate VA purchasing and approval processes to facilitate ROMTech solution adoption.
• Educate VA teams on clinical, operational, and economic value of ROMTech rehab solutions.
• Utilize CRM and account planning tools to manage opportunities and forecast territory performance.
