You will identify opportunities, engage orthopedic surgeons and healthcare providers, and close deals leveraging ROMTech's rehabilitation solutions. You’ll use data, CRM, and digital platforms to optimize outreach and adoption.

The role focuses on consultative selling, proposal delivery, and building trusted relationships with decision-makers while contributing to revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

Qualifikationen

• Proven ability to achieve sales goals in medical devices or DME.
• Experience selling to orthopedic surgeons, physicians, or healthcare providers.
• Territory management with pipeline responsibility.
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and presentation skills.
