Job summary

You will implement workflows, support initial cases, and work with Clinical Education and Customer Support to ensure a smooth transition to ongoing support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of three years in orthodontics, dentistry, medical devices, or related field.
• Experience training clinicians and practice teams in a customer-facing environment.
• Ability to travel frequently across the assigned geography.

Responsibilities

• Lead structured practice-readiness assessments and develop implementation plans.
• Deliver in-depth field training on digital orthodontic workflows.
• Support initial case submissions and early product utilization.
