Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and relevant professional experience.
• Minimum three years in orthodontics, dentistry, medical devices, clinical training, or related field.
• Experience training clinicians and practice teams in a customer-facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales to receive qualified customer handoffs and plan implementation milestones.
• Deliver in-depth field training and onboarding for Ormco’s digital orthodontic portfolio.
• Guide customers through initial product setup and first-use readiness.
• Identify workflow gaps and provide timely guidance on product utilization and training needs.
• Coordinate handoffs to Clinical Success or Customer Support after activation.
• Document implementation plans, activities and outcomes in CRM.
