Peek Travel Inc. is seeking a Manager, Organic Growth to own strategy and execution for SEO, AEO, and GEO across three brands.

You will define a unified organic plan, determine topic ownership, and drive content and technical initiatives to boost visibility and revenue across brands. You will lead cross-functional collaboration with Growth, Content, Product Marketing, and Engineering, focusing on pipeline-driven outcomes rather than vanity metrics.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years in SEO or organic growth within B2B SaaS or similar
• Revenue-first mindset with forecastability and measurability
• Clear POV on how brands surface in AI answers (AEO/GEO)
• Strong technical fluency in crawl/indexing/rendering and site architecture
• Analytical rigor with GA4, GSC, Looker Studio
• Proficiency with Ahrefs/Semrush and related tools; AI-visibility tracking is a plus
• Comfort with ambiguity across multi-brand, multi-domain setup

Responsibilities

• Own the organic pipeline forecast across three brands and report it monthly
• Define portfolio-level keyword and entity ownership strategy and alignment
• Lead AEO and GEO efforts across AI-generated answers and branded content
• Build and enforce technical SEO foundations: crawlability, indexation, structured data
• Coordinate off-site authority building with PR, partnerships, and content
• Educate internal teams on evolving search landscape and GTM implications
• Drive content intelligence inputs for topic, intent, and jurisdiction
• Manage migration risk and multi-domain architecture changes
