Job summary

CloudLabs seeks an Organic Content Marketer with 2–3 years of content writing experience to join our marketing team. You will focus on content execution, SEO optimization, and distribution, crafting content that addresses customer problems and improves the blog and website experience to move prospects through the funnel.

In year one you will execute: write, optimize, distribute, and report. As you grow, you’ll take on planning, briefs, and funnel analysis, gradually transitioning into a content

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of content writing, preferably in B2B SaaS, cloud, or technical content.
• A portfolio of published long-form work (blogs, case studies, guides).
• Exceptional copywriting & creative writing skills.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Semrush or Ahrefs.
• Understanding of SEO fundamentals: keyword research, on-page & internal linking.
• Ability to structure thoughts and pitch to stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to develop hypotheses and run experiments.

Responsibilities

• Understand audience problems across buyers and tailor content to their buying stage.
• Write and edit long-form content: blogs, whitepapers, case studies, newsletters, ebooks, landing pages.
• Ideate and execute content aligned with brand narrative and product positioning.
• Use AI to speed up briefs, drafts, and edits with a human edit on all outputs.
• Run keyword research and translate it into content briefs and on-page optimization.
• Identify content gaps and build topic clusters around use cases (demos, POCs, workshops).
• Optimize existing posts for rankings, AI answers (GEO), and conversions.
• Flag technical SEO issues and coordinate with the web team to fix them.
• Repurpose content for social, newsletters, emails, and other formats.
• Plan distribution and set goals for each piece; track performance metrics and refine accordingly.
• Grow into strategy: plan calendars, brief freelancers, and manage the content pipeline.
