Comunidade Metodista is seeking a B2B SEO & Growth Content Manager to lead organic strategy and content execution for the US market. You will drive keyword research, content calendars, and messaging that align with sales and product teams, while managing Webflow landing pages and A/B tests to optimize conversions.

The role emphasizes collaboration with cross-functional teams, a data-driven mindset, and hands-on experience with content platforms to improve lead quality and market authority.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in B2B SEO and content marketing.
• Proficiency in Webflow and landing page management.
• Strong technical SEO knowledge: site architecture, schema, and SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Google Search Console, and GA4.
• Demonstrated ability to run A/B tests and base decisions on data.

Responsibilities

• Lead keyword research, competitive analysis, and search intelligence to inform SEO strategy and ensure strong B2B positioning.
• Manage the B2B content calendar, create and edit high-impact blogs, landing pages, and sales materials aligned with audience needs.
• Translate sales insights and buyer personas into messaging frameworks for Corporate, Healthcare, and Channel Partner segments.
• Oversee Webflow landing page development, implement A/B tests, and optimize conversion rate and lead quality.
• Expand digital footprint through off-site distribution, authority-building content, and internal linking strategies.
• Collaborate with Ads and Performance Marketing teams to align organic and paid initiatives for maximum ROI.
