ABB is seeking an Order-to-Delivery Business Lead in North America to own on-time, in-full delivery end-to-end for a high-volume manufacturing value stream. This role partners with SAP and reports to the VP of IT, collaborating with a business sponsor in Installation Products.

The successful candidate will drive demand and replenishment, production and inventory, and outbound shipping, while changing processes, rules and systems to improve performance across plants, DCs and the Cary, NC office.

Qualificações

• 8+ years in manufacturing or distribution in planning, scheduling, inventory, fulfillment, order management or operations.
• 3+ years accountable for an operational result such as on-time in-full or fill rate.
• Able to trace delivery misses with data and implement fixes.
• Experience building data tools, dashboards, automations or AI workflows.
• Ability to communicate across plant managers, sales leaders and SAP teams.

Responsabilidades

• Own one business outcome: orders shipped complete on the committed date.
• Find root causes of missed orders using data and fix causes, not just symptoms.
• Set and manage priorities for stock allocation and process changes.
• Manage change across plants, distribution centers and system teams.
• Run short experiments (1–2 months) and scale what moves the number.
• Report results honestly to business leaders, including what isn’t working.
