Job summary

ABB Inc. is seeking an Order-to-Delivery Business Lead to own on-time, in-full delivery end-to-end for a high-volume manufacturing stream. You will partner with an SAP solution lead, drive prioritization, and lead change across plants and logistics networks.

You will report to the Vice President of IT and collaborate with a business sponsor in Installation Products to set targets and drive value in North America.

Qualifications

• A degree in supply chain, engineering, business or a related field.
• 8+ years in manufacturing or distribution in planning, scheduling, inventory, fulfillment, order management or operations.
• 3+ years accountable for an operational result such as on-time in-full, fill rate, promise accuracy or inventory.
• Experience using SAP hands-on in order fulfillment (design or configuration not required).
• Experience building data tools, analyses, dashboards, automations or AI workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own one business outcome: orders shipped complete on the committed date.
• Find root causes of missed orders using data and fix causes rather than expediting symptoms.
• Set priorities for fixes, builds, or changes including stock allocation rules.
• Manage change across plants, distribution centers and system teams.
• Run short experiments of one to two months and scale what moves the number.
• Report results honestly to business leaders, including what is not working.
