Kaseya is seeking a Business Process Lead for the Order-to-Cash value stream, leading end-to-end process design from order to cash collection. You will translate designs into system requirements, collaborate with product and engineering, and ensure compliance with ASC 606.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in business process design/architecture.
• Strong facilitation with cross-functional stakeholders, including director-level experience.
• Experience translating business process requirements into system requirements and work items.

Aufgaben

• Own and maintain detailed (L2/L3) decomposition of order-to-cash capabilities, billing/invoicing, and revenue recognition.
• Facilitate structured working sessions with business stakeholders to document current processes and design future state.
• Translate future-state process designs into system requirements and collaborate with Product and Engineering teams.
• Support parallel delivery tracks (current systems and next-gen platform) and ensure lessons learned are captured.
