Job summary

Kaseya is seeking a Business Process Lead, Finance & Corporate Services to own the end-to-end design of financial and administrative back-office processes, including close, procure-to-pay, tax, supply chain, and HR operations. This role is a hands-on, IC position that partners with Finance, HR, and Technology to set standards and drive improvements.

Qualifications

• Month-end close and R2R process design in a multi-entity ERP environment.
• 5+ years in business process design, analysis, architecture, or operations.
• Ability to decompose business capabilities into multi-level structures.
• Strong facilitation with finance leadership and stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into system specifications for tech teams.

Responsibilities

• Maintain decomposition of Record to Report, Direct Tax, Tax Compliance, Procure to Pay, Supply Chain Ops, Hire to Retire, and Sales Compensation capabilities.
• Lead structured working sessions with Finance, HR, Procurement, and Supply Chain stakeholders.
• Translate future-state designs into system requirements with Product Owners and Engineering Leads.
• Support parallel delivery tracks and incorporate day-to-day operational lessons.
• Own change management, enablement, adoption, and process performance metrics.
