Job summary

Kaseya Limited is seeking a Business Process Lead, Order to Cash, to own end-to-end design of order to cash processes, billing, invoicing, and recognized revenue. This role acts as the connective tissue between business stakeholders and technology teams, facilitating sessions, mapping processes, and delivering clear requirements.

The position sits in a newly formed function with influence on how the practice takes shape, requiring hands-on contribution, governance, and cross‑team collaboration

Qualifications

• 5+ years in business process design, analysis, or operations.
• Knowledge of ASC 606 and subscription billing mechanics; able to trace orders to invoicing and revenue.
• Experience decomposing capabilities into multi-level structures.
• Strong facilitation with cross-functional stakeholders, including director level.
• Experience translating requirements into system items for delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain a detailed decomposition of order, billing, invoicing and revenue capabilities.
• Lead structured sessions with business stakeholders to map current and future processes.
• Translate future-state designs into system requirements for delivery teams.
• Balance current production systems with next-gen platform work and capture learnings.
• Own change management, enablement, and adoption for process changes and metrics.
• Maintain documented agreements with peer process leads across boundaries.
• Design capabilities for software provisioning, renewal, and feature enablement.
• Design usage, consumption and rating processes and their impact on billing.
