Job summary

Kaseya Limited is seeking a Business Process Lead, Finance & Corporate Services to own the end-to-end design of financial and administrative back-office processes, including close and reporting, Procure to Pay, HR operations, and sales compensation. This hands-on role partners with Finance, HR, Supply Chain and technology teams to drive standards, governance, and adoption across multiple domains.

You'll facilitate workshops, map processes, write requirements, and guide delivery and adoption

Qualifications

• Experience designing or improving month-end close and R2R in a multi-entity ERP.
• 5+ years in business process design, analysis, architecture, or operations.
• Ability to decompose capabilities into multi-level structures.
• Strong facilitation with cross-functional stakeholders at senior levels.
• Translate business requirements into actionable system requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain a detailed decomposition of Record to Report, Tax, Procure to Pay, Supply Chain, Hire to Retire, and Sales Compensation capabilities.
• Facilitate sessions with Finance, HR, Procurement, and Supply Chain to map current and future processes.
• Translate future designs into system requirements and collaborate with engineering teams.
• Support parallel delivery tracks for in-production systems and a next-gen platform.
• Own change management, enablement, training, and post-launch verification for new processes.
• Maintain agreements at shared boundaries with peer Business Process Leads.
