Job summary

• Must understand ASC 606 revenue recognition and subscription billing mechanics.
• 5+ years of experience in business process design, analysis, or operations.
• Ability to decompose business capabilities into detailed multi-level structures.
• Strong facilitation skills with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience translating business requirements into system deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain a detailed decomposition of order, subscription, billing, and revenue capabilities.
• Facilitate sessions with stakeholders to document current and future-state processes.
• Translate designs into system requirements for delivery teams.
• Support parallel delivery tracks for current systems and next-generation platform.
• Own change management, enablement, and adoption for process changes.
• Maintain documented agreements with peer process leads.
• Design capabilities for software provisioning and renewal processes.
• Design capabilities for usage, rating, and billing integration.
