Utility Profit is seeking an Order Purchaser to support renters in placing utility orders and explaining options. You will communicate with renters via phone, text, and email, and follow up with providers as needed. This is a 4-month remote contract with some weekend availability.

You'll join a growing team and help deliver stellar customer support while leveraging our proprietary software and CRM systems to improve the renting experience for customers.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong verbal and written communication.
• Able to work full-time on a 4-month contract with some weekend availability.
• Remote work capability from Mexico or near US Central Time Zone.
• Willingness to complete a standard background check.
• Comfort with using proprietary software and multiple apps simultaneously.

Responsabilités

• Assist renters with placing utility orders and explain options via phone, text, and email.
• Make outgoing calls to follow up with renters and utility providers.
• Provide additional client or support tasks as needed to support the team.
