Sunroom Rentals is seeking a Customer Support Specialist working remotely from Mexico (or within 2 hours of US Central Time). You will help renters place utility orders, explain options, and communicate via phone, text, and email.

The role requires fluent English, strong communication, and high organization. It offers a contract of 4 months, with weekend availability and potential renewal based on volume and performance. Training and a supportive team are provided.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Inside Sales & Customer Support: assist renters with placing utility orders and explain options.
• Phone Support: make outgoing calls to follow up with renters and providers.
• Additional Support: assist with other client-related tasks as needed.
