Job summary

Stealth Startup is seeking an Order Operations Intern to support daily order placement and tracking through our CRM. This remote, US-based contract role requires 1.5–2.5 hours per evening (6:00–7:30 PM PST) with occasional extensions and weekends.

You will process 5–100+ orders daily, monitor deliveries, update statuses in real time, troubleshoot basic issues, and collaborate with CX and ops teams to streamline workflows as the company scales.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations, e-commerce, retail, or customer support is a plus, but not required.
• Position requires daily evening hours with weekend availability.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in high-volume ordering.

Responsibilities

• Place customer orders daily through CRM, handling 5 to 100+ orders per day.
• Manage multiple orders and ensure timely processing.
• Monitor deliveries and update order statuses in real time.
• Troubleshoot basic order issues and escalate when needed.
• Maintain consistency and accuracy across many transactions.
• Collaborate with CX and ops teams to refine processes.
