Job summary

Frida is seeking a Sourcing Manager (Contract) to join our Operations team in a hybrid Miami setting. You will manage end-to-end sourcing for finished goods, components, packaging, and materials, while evaluating suppliers and leading negotiations to meet cost and quality goals.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in strategic sourcing, strong Excel skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 3+ years in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supplier development.
• Experience with consumer product categories including packaging or raw materials.
• Proven success managing global suppliers and negotiations.
• Experience with RFIs/RFQs/RFPs and supplier evaluations.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills for cost and value optimization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end sourcing across product and packaging categories.
• Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers meeting quality and cost targets.
• Develop category sourcing strategies and risk mitigation plans.
• Prepare RFIs, RFQs, RFPs, and bid packages with clear requirements.
• Lead negotiations on COGS, payment terms, and commercial terms.
• Collaborate with Product Development, Engineering, Quality, Regulatory, and Finance.
