Job summary

Luttrell Staffing Group is seeking a Remote Order Entry Specialist to support orders from Door-to-Door sales teams across VA, TN, AL and GA. This remote, full-time position offers a 9am–6pm or 10am–7pm weekday schedule with rotating Saturday shifts and weekly pay.

Responsibilities include entering orders into the CRM/Billing system, communicating status to customers and agents, rescheduling installations, and handling after-hours ecommerce orders.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be local to Tri-Cities.
• Strong knowledge of Internet products and services.
• Detail-oriented, well organized, and able to multitask.
• Good troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Effective time management.
• Able to communicate clearly with internal and external customers.
• Flexible with ability to work beyond normal business hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to sit for duration of shift.

Responsibilities

• Receive and key orders from Door-to-Door sales agents via email into CRM/Billing system.
• Communicate order status and changes to customers and sales agents.
• Reschedule missed installations from Door-to-Door sales.
• Assist with after-hours E-Commerce orders.
• Follow all policies and procedures in place.
• Completes any other related tasks as needed.
