Job summary

Huron Consulting Group Inc. is seeking a senior professional to lead ERP cloud implementations and Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll initiatives for diverse client engagements. You will mentor teams, build trusted client relationships, and deliver industry-specific insights to drive value.

Travel up to 50% is expected as projects require. The role emphasizes strategic thinking, collaboration, and hands-on delivery of cloud ERP solutions within a consulting setting, with opportunities for career growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience
• 3–7+ years of experience supporting ERP cloud implementations in a consulting environment
• 3+ years of hands-on experience implementing Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll
• Demonstrated expertise in the Oracle HCM Payroll module, including end-to-end implementations
• Functional application specialist experience across one or more domains: Cloud ERP, EPM, CRM, or Data Management
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to build trusted client and team relationships
• Proven ability to coach, mentor, and develop others; leadership or team-lead experience preferred
• Ability to deliver industry-specific insights and identify value-creation opportunities based on a deep understanding of client challenges
• Demonstrated success managing multiple engagements of varying size and duration
• Willingness to travel up to 50% as required to support clients and internal teams
