Job summary

Qualifications
- 5+ years of Oracle PPM experience with Oracle Cloud ERP focus.
- Experience designing PPM solutions across processes and modules.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate clearly with team members and clients.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end Solutions design for Oracle PPM and Oracle Cloud ERP.
- Lead workshops with business stakeholders for future-state designs.
- Hands-on implementation of Oracle Cloud Projects with senior team support.
- Design future-state business processes and functional solutions.
- Execute configuration, testing, and end-user training support.
- Guide design and testing of conversions, integrations, and Oracle AI solutions.
- Collaborate with data teams to ensure end-to-end design quality.
- Define ERP implementation standards, templates, and best practices.
