Job summary

Huron Consulting Group Inc. is seeking an Associate to support ERP cloud implementations, with a focus on Oracle Cloud ERP modules such as Core HR, Benefits, Payroll, and more. You will translate business requirements into functional specs, collaborate with client teams, and guide project workstreams while mentoring junior staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree related to this position or equivalent work experience.
• 2-4 years of ERP cloud implementations in a consulting role.
• Experience leading Oracle Cloud implementations in Core HR, Benefits, Payroll Cloud, Compensation, Workforce Management, Recruiting/ORC, OR Time & Labor.
• 1-2 years of experience in analyzing requirements, writing functional specifications, conducting tests, troubleshooting issues and interfacing with business users.
• Strong analytical skills used to translate information from meetings into documentation that can be shared with meeting participants and project teams.
• Effective oral and written communication skills; willingness to travel up to 50% and flexible living locations in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor junior staff; deliver project workstreams and analytics.
• Prepare and present client-ready deliverables and reports; lead client interface.
• Coordinate with client staff and leadership to ensure successful project execution.
• Collaborate with team to ensure on-time and within-scope project milestones.
