Job summary

Huron Consulting Group in the United States seeks a Senior Manager to lead end-to-end Oracle ERP Financials engagements, directing design, configuration, testing and training while coordinating with clients and internal teams.

You will drive architecture across GL, AR, Assets, Intercompany and Projects, manage global designs, and mentor junior staff; willingness to travel up to 50% is required. The role offers base salary plus incentive compensation.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Oracle Financials experience with a strong focus on Oracle Cloud ERP.
• Lead design and architecture solutions across multiple finance processes and modules.
• Strong knowledge of integrations, reporting, and data migration in Oracle ERP environments.
• Ability to manage complex global designs (multi-GAAP, multi-COA, multi-currency).
• Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.
• Consulting background strongly preferred. Oracle certifications are a plus.
• Excellent communication skills – oral and written – and the interpersonal skills needed to quickly establish relationships of trust and collaboration.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed to work with client or other internal project teams

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end solution design for Oracle ERP Financials, ensuring scalability, compliance, and performance.
• Develop complex solution architecture for clients for Oracle Cloud modules including GL, AR, Assets, Cash Lease Accounting, AP and Projects.
• Lead workshops with business stakeholders to translate requirements into future-state designs.
• Lead senior client interaction.
• Execute or oversee the execution of configuration, testing, and training/end-user support
• Collaborate with integration, reporting, and data teams to ensure seamless end-to-end design.
• Define standards, templates, and best practices for ERP implementations.
