Huron Consulting Group Inc. is seeking a Senior Associate/Manager with deep ERP cloud experience and Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll expertise. You will support or lead cloud implementations, collaborate with client teams, and mentor colleagues across engagements in a dynamic consulting environment.

The role emphasizes analytics, client relationship building, and delivering tailored enterprise software solutions aligned with client goals. Travel up to 50% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience
• 3–7+ years of ERP cloud implementation experience in a consulting environment
• 3+ years of hands-on experience implementing Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll
• Required: expertise in the Oracle HCM Payroll module, end-to-end implementations
• Functional application specialist across Cloud ERP, EPM, CRM, or Data Management
• Strong communication skills with clients and teams
• Proven coaching/leadership abilities
• Ability to deliver insights and identify value for clients
• Experience managing multiple engagements of varying size
• Willingness to travel up to 50%
