Huron is a global consultancy helping clients drive strategic growth, accelerate transformation, and navigate change. We seek a Senior Manager to lead Oracle SCM cloud programs for healthcare clients, balancing delivery, leadership, and client engagement across engagements.

In this outward-facing role, you will manage teams, mentor staff, and interact with executives, while focusing on governance, data mastery, and value realization. Travel may be required as projects demand.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of Oracle SCM cloud implementation experience in a consulting role or healthcare provider operations.
• Delivered multiple end-to-end Oracle Cloud Procurement and Product Hub projects.
• Ability to train and mentor staff in project management, relationship management and technical dimensions.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed.

Responsabilités

• Lead Oracle Cloud Procurement and Product Hub transformation programs for Healthcare Provider organizations.
• Lead solution design and implementation across full Procurement suite (Sourcing, Contracts, Self-Service Procurement, Purchasing, Supplier Portal / Management), and Product Hub, with a focus on item & supplier master governance.
• Oversee consulting teams, mentor managers and consultants, and ensure successful project execution.
• Maintain awareness of emerging healthcare supply chain, procurement, AI, analytics, and Oracle Cloud innovations, bringing leading practices and market insights to clients and internal teams.
• Partner with healthcare clients to optimize master data management, procurement, inventory management, sourcing, supplier relationships, and operational efficiency.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with client executives, Oracle leadership, and key healthcare stakeholders.
• Drive financial performance of engagements, including resource planning, budget management, and delivery excellence.
