The candidate will lead hands-on configuration, assess impacts across legal entity, business unit, location and departments, and collaborate with offshore teams.

Qualifications

• Multiple full lifecycle Oracle Core HR implementations.
• Strong grasp of Oracle HCM foundation objects: business units, departments, jobs and positions.
• Hands-on system work tracing impacts rather than only advising.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR to assess impact of restructures on Core HR foundations.
• Drive detailed HR design activities aligned with global design.
• Trace and validate downstream changes when entities or locations shift.
• Act as SME while coordinating with offshore configuration teams.
