Job summary

Ladders is seeking an Oracle HCM Principal Consultant- Core HR to guide Core HR implementations within Oracle Cloud HCM. This remote role partners with HR stakeholders and project leadership to translate business needs into effective configurations and solutions, mentoring teams to keep workstreams moving toward timely resolutions.

The ideal candidate brings 5–7 years of Oracle Cloud HCM Core HR experience, a strong consulting background, and excellent communication skills to drive client

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
• Proficient in Oracle Cloud HCM and related modules; strong consulting background

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Oracle HCM Principal Consultant- Core HR to join the team of a leader in the Staffing space. This role will serve as a key advisor on Core HR implementations, guiding clients through discovery, design, and configuration within Oracle Cloud HCM. The consultant will partner closely with HR stakeholders and project leadership to translate business needs into effective solutions. Success in this position depends on strong functional expertise, client relationship management, and the ability to mentor project team members while keeping workstreams moving toward timely resolution.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $110,000 - $130,000 annually
