Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an experienced Enterprise Integration Engineer to design, develop, and support complex Oracle-based integrations across HCM, ERP, and EPM, connecting cloud and on-premises systems.

You will work with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, OIC, SOA Suite, REST/SOAP, HDL/HSDL/FBDI data loads, and BI Publisher, ensuring reliable data exchange and scalable solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
3–5 years of experience developing and supporting enterprise integrations.
1–3 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
Experience with Oracle SaaS applications, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, Oracle SOA Suite, or related Oracle integration technologies.
Practical knowledge of REST, SOAP, XML, JSON, XSLT, XPath, and file-based integration techniques.
Experience with Oracle Cloud modules across HCM, ERP, and/or EPM (HR, payroll, finance, procurement, etc.).
Experience creating HCM Extracts, BI Publisher reports, and RTF templates, plus HDL/HSDL/FBDI data uploads.
Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
Understanding of enterprise architecture, integration patterns, and interoperability.
Excellent communication and teamwork; Oracle certification preferred.
Experience with Visual Builder, Oracle Process Automation (OPA), or ATP is a plus.
Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, Agile/Scrum, and integration monitoring tools.
Ability to work across multiple platforms and maintain reliable enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

Design and develop enterprise integrations using Oracle tools and related technologies.
Connect cloud and on-premises applications, including SaaS and internal systems.
Develop web service and file-based integrations with REST, SOAP, XML, JSON, XSLT, XPath.
Support Oracle HCM data processes, extracts, BI Publisher, and RTF templates.
Manage bulk data uploads with HDL, HSDL, and FBDI.
Develop integrations for Oracle Cloud modules across HR, payroll, finance, procurement, and expenses.
Apply integration architecture principles to ensure scalability and performance.
Collaborate with owners, stakeholders, and other technical teams to align requirements.
Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement fixes for reliability.
Contribute to documentation, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.
