Mosaic Life Care, a health care system in northwest Missouri, seeks an ERP Applications Analyst II to serve as a junior SME for Oracle Fusion ERP EPM modules and to lead cross-functional initiatives. The role involves junior-level support, configuration, training, and collaboration with business partners and ERP teams to enhance operational efficiencies.

Ideal candidates will have 3+ years in ERP systems, Oracle Fusion Cloud experience, and a Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT, business, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in ERP systems or functional business systems with increasing responsibility.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud application design, configuration, testing, and support.

Mansioni

• Lead Oracle Fusion ERP enterprise performance management module design, configuration, testing and implementation.
• Provide expert guidance on ERP configuration, reporting, and integrations.
• Collaborate with finance and IT to align ERP systems with enterprise goals.
• Identify opportunities for ERP and financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance improvements.
• Deliver tasks within project scope and departmental guidelines.
