Job summary

Protingent Staffing seeks an Senior Oracle GovCloud Solutions Integration AI Architect for a contract role, fully remote. You will provide senior architectural leadership across the Oracle SaaS and PaaS ecosystem and support production Oracle environments.

The role requires deep Oracle GovCloud, OCI, OIC, ATP, and Oracle AI capabilities, with a focus on architecture, standards, reliability and governance. Collaboration with security, compliance and audit teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, IT or related field; alternative 17 years of relevant experience may be considered.
• 12+ years of Oracle Cloud technical development experience required.
• Demonstrated Oracle GovCloud experience.
• Deep OCI experience.
• Deep OIC architecture experience.
• ATP architecture experience.
• Oracle Fusion SaaS integration experience.
• API architecture experience.
• Disaster recovery architecture experience.
• Experience operating in formal security/change-management frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Assess the current Oracle GovCloud technical architecture.
• Review architecture delivered during implementation.
• Identify architectural risks, technical debt and supportability issues.
• Review existing integrations and identify design or reliability deficiencies.
• Establish Oracle technical architecture standards.
• Establish OIC integration design standards and reusable patterns.
• Conduct technical design reviews.
• Review technical solutions before production deployment.
• Provide architectural oversight for Oracle APEX and VBCS solutions.
• Establish API architecture and development standards.
• Establish error-handling, logging, monitoring and recovery standards.
• Review ATP architecture and database integration patterns.
• Partner with Infrastructure on OCI architecture.
• Partner with Information Security on Oracle security architecture.
• Partner with Internal Audit on compliance and auditability requirements.
• Mentor Oracle technical resources.
• Lead technical root-cause analysis for complex production issues.
• Reduce key-person dependencies through architecture documentation and knowledge transfer.
