Job summary

Oracle is seeking a senior Architecture/Operations professional to lead pre-sales technical consulting for OCI, designing and deploying GPU, HPC, and AI infrastructure for strategic customers. You will engage with AI startups to Fortune 500 enterprises, act as a trusted technical adviser, and document reference architectures.

The role emphasizes automation, collaboration, and improving OCI reliability while advancing strategic customer partnerships.

Qualifications

Experience in scripting and automation with Python, Ansible, Terraform, and Kubernetes.
Solid understanding of networking concepts, security principles, and best practices.
Strong communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
Excellent problem-solving and documentation skills.
5+ years of Architecture, Operations, or System Engineering experience.
Recent experience with infrastructure and HPC, GPU technology or at least one major public cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure, OCI).
Multi-Cloud Management exposure is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

Onboard, integrate, and optimize solutions on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
Architect and deploy GPU, HPC, and AI infrastructure on OCI using Terraform, Ansible, Slurm, Kubernetes.
Build automated provisioning, software deployment, infrastructure as code, performance monitoring, and capacity planning.
Collaborate with Oracle’s largest enterprise customers to tailor solutions meeting HPC/AI requirements.
Support LLM-based applications, agentic AI systems, and robotic AI platforms from architecture to production.
Act as a trusted technical advisor to customers, partners, sales, support, and engineering teams.
Own and promote architecture best practices across customer environments and internal teams.
Identify, document, and communicate technical risks and design gaps.
Author SME-level collateral, reference architectures, deployment guides, and patterns.
Partner with OCI engineering to influence product direction and integrate new services.
Troubleshoot performance, scalability, reliability issues; drive rapid remediation.
Participate in incidents, drive root cause analysis, and ensure corrective actions.
Serve as escalation path for support teams requiring direct engagement.
Define and improve processes to reduce operational risk for strategic customers.
Stay current on cloud, AI, GPU, HPC technologies and evaluate relevance to OCI.
Document designs, configurations, procedures, and lessons learned for knowledge sharing.
