Job summary

Protingent Staffing is seeking a Senior Oracle Cloud ERP Functional Lead to own the GovCloud ERP workstream, provide high-level production support, and collaborate with Finance and business stakeholders. The role focuses on optimizing configurations, ensuring SOX controls, and preparing for future Phase 2 capabilities.

The candidate will independently manage ERP functional workloads, lead issue resolution, and drive process improvements across procurement, accounting and project management

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years and Oracle Cloud technical development experience required.
• Strong Procurement, Projects/PPM, and Financials module knowledge.
• Experience with SOX 302/404-controlled processes and UAT/regression testing.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day functional ownership of the Oracle GovCloud ERP workstream.
• Provide Tier 2/3 functional production support.
• Lead troubleshooting and root-cause analysis of complex ERP issues.
• Review configurations and identify gaps or design deficiencies.
• Support Oracle GovCloud Accounting, Procurement, Cash Management, PPM, and related processes.
• Support project costing and project financial management processes.
• Translate business requirements into Oracle Cloud functional solutions.
• Develop functional specifications for integrations, reports, workflows, extensions and enhancements.
• Partner with Oracle technical resources to design and validate solutions.
• Manage and prioritize functional production issues and enhancement requests.
• Open, manage and escape Oracle Service Requests.
• Support month-end, quarter-end and year-end processing.
• Lead business-process optimization initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to replace manual processes with Oracle-native Cloud functionality.
• Maintain functional configuration, Visio diagrams and business-process documentation.
• Develop SOPs and knowledge documentation.
