Job summary

Apex IT is seeking an experienced Oracle Organizational Change Management Lead Consultant to drive people-side change for Oracle Cloud transformations. You will partner with executives, business stakeholders, and project teams to ensure adoption, readiness, and value realization.

The role demands extensive change leadership across ERP, HCM, SCM, and CX deployments, with an emphasis on governance, training, and communications. This position supports remote and on-site work options.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading Organizational Change Management initiatives.
• Experience supporting Oracle Cloud ERP, HCM, SCM, EPM, CX, or enterprise SaaS implementations.
• Strong executive facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience developing communication, training, and adoption strategies.
• Expertise in organizational assessments and change impact analysis.
• Experience creating governance structures and operating models.
• Strong business process improvement experience.
• Excellent presentation and executive communication skills.
• Proven ability to influence without direct authority.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop organizational change strategy and execution plans for Oracle Cloud projects.
• Engage stakeholders, secure executive sponsorship, and align leadership around goals.
• Develop and deliver executive communications and targeted stakeholder messaging.
• Design training programs and drive user adoption across modules.
• Assess current-state structures and recommend future governance and operating models.
• Lead project governance meetings and track readiness, risks, and milestones.
• Provide leadership in enterprise transformation and continuous improvement.
