Job summary

Regal is seeking a global change management leader to drive a multi-year Oracle Fusion transformation affecting HR, Finance, and Supply Chain across 20,000 employees in 9 countries.

You'll own the change management strategy, partner with executives, guide external partners, and build readiness and communication plans to ensure adoption and lasting value. This is a fully remote, long-term engagement with occasional travel to Knoxville.

Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise transformation programs.
• Strong leadership for change management.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion implementations.

Responsibilities

• Lead global change management delivery for a multi-year Oracle implementation, driving adoption across HCM, Finance, and Supply Chain.
• Partner with executive leaders and stakeholders to shape adoption of new processes and ways of working across the organization.
• Serve as the primary internal change management leader, guiding external consulting partners responsible for change delivery.
• Build communication, training, stakeholder engagement, and readiness strategies to turn complex change into a positive employee experience.
• Collaborate with leaders across HR, Finance, and Supply Chain to build alignment and maintain momentum.
• Use feedback, readiness assessments, and adoption data to continuously improve results.
• Establish change management practices, tools, and frameworks for future transformations.
• Travel occasionally to Knoxville to connect with stakeholders and milestones.
