Miratech is seeking an accomplished optimization engineer in the United States to design and implement production-grade optimization models for workforce planning, scheduling, and resource allocation. You will own the constraint model end-to-end and build the schedule engine using OR-Tools/CP-SAT, with monitoring and tests to ensure reliability.

Qualifications

• 6+ years designing and implementing optimization solutions in production environments.
• Experience with OR-Tools CP-SAT or similar constraint-programming / MILP solvers.
• Proficiency in Java, Python, or C++.
• Willingness to work remotely in a global team.
