Job summary

Miratech is seeking an accomplished optimization engineer in the United States to design and implement production-grade optimization models for workforce planning, scheduling, and resource allocation. You will own the constraint model end-to-end and build the schedule engine using OR-Tools/CP-SAT, with monitoring and tests to ensure reliability.
