Miratech is seeking an Operations Research Engineer to join the Workforce Management (WFM) product stream and build optimization capabilities for large-scale contact centers. You will apply operations research, mathematical optimization, and algorithm design to enable scheduling, staffing, and coverage management across a global enterprise.

Qualifications

Experience designing optimization solutions for production systems.
Ability to translate business rules into mathematical models.
Strong software engineering practices for scalable services.

Responsabilités

Research, design, and develop optimization models for workforce planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
Design and implement the schedule optimization engine using OR-Tools/CP-SAT.
Own the constraint model end to end and build production-grade solver as a service within the WFM platform.
