You will lead a team of full-time staff and Operations Managers, coordinating with production technology and engineering to ensure reliable, scalable game-day operations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Broadcast Production, Media, Communications, Technology, or a related field preferred.
7+ years of progressive experience in broadcast operations, live production, or related fields.
Experience managing teams and vendors across multiple productions or markets.
Experience overseeing game-day production logistics and operational readiness.
Experience partnering with engineering, distribution, and production teams.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop the Broadcast Operations Management team across NBA/WNBA markets.
Establish standards, workflows, and performance expectations for consistent execution.
Oversee game and production operations, including logistics, planning, and vendor readiness.
Manage operational relationships with production, mobile units, crewing, master control, and vendors.
Drive continuous improvement through vendor performance, escalation, and contingency planning.
