Job summary

The Technology Integration Director Local Media at the NBA leads the design and deployment of advanced broadcast workflows and production solutions for NBA and WNBA Local Media. You will translate production vision into scalable technical plans, work with cross-functional teams, and drive live and studio environments from concept to deployment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Broadcast Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Media Technology, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
7+ years in broadcast engineering, production technology, or related fields.
Experience designing or supporting technical infrastructure and production workflows in live broadcast environments.
Hands-on experience with broadcast systems architecture, IP-based infrastructure, and live production technology.
Experience taking new technologies from concept through production deployment and ROI considerations.

Responsibilities

Lead the technical design, architecture, and implementation of next-generation content creation and broadcast workflows across Local Media.
Translate strategic vision into technical requirements, roadmaps, and deployment milestones for production environments.
Partner with engineering and production teams to modernize infrastructure and ensure scalable, reliable solutions.
