Job summary

Empower Community Care is seeking an operations-focused Project Manager to drive infrastructure development, planning discipline, and cross-functional coordination across a portfolio of priorities within the EBP division.

The role blends project management with hands-on operational work, consolidating fragmented workflows into unified processes and coordinating the development of new products and resources.

Qualifications

• Approximately 3–4 years in a behavioral health / human services operations role, or in project/program management.
• Automation & AI fluency is a foundational requirement.
• Strong organizational, planning, and process-documentation skills; ability to work across ambiguous, cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning & Executive Partnership: translate priorities into structured operational plans and provide updates to leadership.
• Project Planning & Execution: develop and manage cross-functional project plans with milestones and dependencies; manage risks and organizational transitions.
• Operational Integration: consolidate fragmented workflows into unified, repeatable processes with clear ownership.
• Product & Resource Development: coordinate development of new curricula, training materials, or program resources from concept to launch.
• Performance Measurement & Reporting: define KPIs and maintain status dashboards for stakeholders and leadership.
• Resource & Budget Coordination: support budget tracking and vendor coordination to ensure financial sustainability.
• Continuous Improvement: act as a utility resource for process improvement and automation across the division.
