Job summary

Aledade PBC is seeking a Program Specialist to drive AI-enabled operations and ACO performance within the Hospital and Health Systems team. You will own initiatives, deploy structured PM tools, and serve as a bridge between centralized experts and field teams to ensure alignment and execution.

The role requires 4+ years in operations/healthcare, strong PM, and comfort with remote work and travel (10–25%). You’ll work with tools like Google Suite, Salesforce, Monday.com, Tableau, Jira, and AI

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree plus 4+ years in operations/healthcare management or value-based care environments.
Ability to independently scope, track, and execute multiple project workstreams.
Excellent written/verbal communication with strong stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

Own and execute multiple project workstreams from inception to implementation.
Collaborate with senior leadership to shape an AI-first performance strategy.
Deploy project management tools and playbooks for field teams and centralized groups.
Use AI tools to manage priorities, risks, and resource constraints across workstreams.
Support operational cadence for ACOs and lead cross-functional meetings and events.
Maintain SOPs, compliance docs, and practice relationship data; manage board records.
Bridge centralized experts with field teams to ensure organizational alignment.
Provide ad hoc data visuals with Strategy and Operations teams.
