Qualifications

• 3–4 years in behavioral health or human services operations or equivalent project management.
• Automation & AI fluency is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication with senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning & Executive Partnership: translate priorities into actionable plans and provide regular updates to leadership.
• Project Planning & Execution: develop timelines, milestones, and dependencies across cross-functional initiatives.
• Operational Integration: consolidate fragmented workflows into single, coordinated structures.
• Product & Resource Development: manage new curricula, training materials, or program resources across stakeholders from concept to launch.
• Performance Measurement & Reporting: define KPIs and maintain status dashboards for leadership.
• Resource & Budget Coordination: track budgets and coordinate with Finance to ensure financial sustainability.
• Continuous Improvement: support automation and process improvements across the division.
