Advantage HQ is hiring a Business Operations Project Lead to make a fast-growing agency run better. You will lead operational projects, design processes, and drive reporting and cross-team coordination to improve efficiency and scaling.

You will be at the intersection of rigor and speed, using data and team feedback to remove bottlenecks and automate where possible, while ensuring teams adopt new workflows across a remote-first organization.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in business operations, project or program management in an agency or fast-growing company.
• Delivered operational projects with measurable results (time saved, costs reduced, output increased).
• Strong at process design: map workflows, identify bottlenecks, document better processes.
• Analytical: work with data, track KPIs, turn reporting into action.
• Clear communicator who works with leadership and contributors, provides feedback and keeps stakeholders informed.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment; stays organized and proactive.

Responsabilités

• Lead operational improvement projects from scoping to delivery, define scope, assign owners, manage timelines and dependencies, report progress.
• Map, document and improve core business processes; write SOPs and playbooks used by teams.
• Coordinate across departments, resolve dependencies and keep projects moving when work crosses teams.
• Define and track operational KPIs; build dashboards and regular reports for leadership.
• Select, implement and improve tools and automations that remove manual work and speed delivery.
• Use AI as a core part of workflow, from analysis to documentation to automation.
